IMPORTANT PURCHASE NOTES

The slight tilt of the bottom blade is not indicative of a malfunction; it is specifically designed at a 30° angle to optimize chopping efficiency. Please avoid placing the main cover and blades in a dishwasher; simply rinse with water instead. Although the chopper is designed to be waterproof, it’s advised not to submerge the main cover to prevent unforeseen issues. Also, when cleaning the blades, ensure you remove any residues from the blade’s upper and lower interfaces to avoid increased resistance that could impede performance and create noise.

The Olrid food chopper can easily chop meat without tendons, but we recommend pre-cutting it into smaller pieces. For best results, be mindful of the “MAX” markings on the cup to avoid overloading. If you notice a decrease in motor performance, please recharge the device.
